In this intermediate level workshop, I’ll look at how different patterns of nervous system dysregulation can affect sleep, energy levels, and digestion. With a focus on aromatics, nervines, bitters, and adaptogens, we’ll see how herbs can support not only the symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, but over time, can also help re-regulate the nervous system. We’ll also learn a few simple nervous system regulating / somatic activities that can be done with clients or alone.
